10-Methoxycamptothecin 也称为： 10-甲氧基喜树碱。10-Methoxycamptothecin 是从喜树 (Camptotheca acuminata) 中分离出的喜树碱 (CPT) 的天然生物活性衍生物，已被证实具有高抗癌特性。通过测定对 2774 细胞系的抗肿瘤活性，发现 10-Methoxycamptothecin 比 10-羟基喜树碱 (10-hydroxycamptothecin) 具有更高的细胞毒性。
